GORDCAST Episode 57 - Cocktober!Gordie and Paul talk about the occupy Wall Street revolution and HALLOWEEN! PHIL COSTELLO punches a guy, Paul gets claustrophobic in the crowd and defends JOHN COUGAR MELLEN-BLARP. We discuss ROGER DALTREY touring TOMMY live, take a few detours and settle in on HALLOWEEN memories and some of our costumes over the years. Gordie likes WONDERFUL WEBLOG ( http://wonderfulwonderblog.blogspot.com) and gets his candy stolen. They both saw VAN HALEN when BTO opened for them, Paul has a job and Gordie sings a little. Download/subscribe for free at the iTunes Store keyword: Gordcast or http://gordomatic.libsyn.com/ I was liking the podcast, then you did the live tracks that are better then studio and I fell in love with the podcast (specifically on the Priest section). You're music tastes are some kind of odd cross section between me and my father, he had me at the age of 19 in 1980 and I'm 30 now. Somehow his love of Kiss, Maiden, Zappa and whatever else was going on in the 70s early 80s managed to infect my DNA. I took the best of what he was listening to in our garage and never let go of it, and putting time in at the local used record store in the early 00 only compounded the problem. Really digging the discussions you guys have on the cast.

blog / facebook / twitter / last.fmListen to the 'THE CHEMICAL BOX' podcastsComics were definitely happier, breezier and more confident in their own strengths before Hollywood and the Internet turned the business of writing superhero stories into the production of low budget storyboards or, worse, into conformist, fruitless attempts to impress or entertain a small group of people who appear to hate comics and their creators. - Grant Morrison
