This is really difficult news.

Guess I need to take that vacation time I have been building up.  Travel cross country kidnapping the AC crew.  Then chain them up in my crawl space and make them record more episodes.  It must be done.  My cat has bade it so.

No really, sad to see it go, but hopefully this will lead to new and exciting projects in the future.  And we will always have the hundreds of hours of podcasting gold.

Thank you gentlemen!

Oh manoman....

AC was one of the first podcasts to fill my iPod, and I'm glad to have met you guys and listened to you chat and laughed along with you and watch you take comics podcasting to a different level (along with all the other early starters)... I just resigned myself to the fact that I probably won't make C2E2.. but NOW? I have to find a way out there now!

It's because of you and the guys at Raging Bullets and CGS and Ian and Vince and DAP that I discovered not only podcasting, but this awesome group of fellow fans and (dare I say) friends that I've enjoyed listening to, posting with and meeting over the past four years of my life.

You make Superman AND myself sad...

Good luck to you guys in the future and in the present!

PS: I guess now would be a good time to get that AC postcard you guys signed on eBay!

You'll be missed guys. Like a lot of people you were my first comics podcast and it's a shame to see it end.

Cry This news really breaks my heart. But thank you so much for the endless hours of entertainment that you've given us over the years. Like 11 O'Clock, the conversation on Around Comics really fuels and enhances my love of comics. You've been an important part of my week for at least the past two years and I can't thank you enough.  Not Worthy

I look forward to listening to the last few episodes of AC and please try to make sure Tom makes guest appearances on 11OC from time to time.

I've been with you guys and enjoying it from your first episode (which, I think, was numbered something funny, wasn't there like a test episode before your #1, I forget).

Anyway, thank you for four years of fantastic entertainment.  I appreciate it.

Man, what a bummer.

I had always hoped I would be able to make it up to Chicago and sit in on a recording.

Thanks for all of the great episodes, getting me hooked on more comics than I can really afford, and constantly having me laugh my ass off only to get awkward sideways glances from people on the street who don't see that I have headphones in.

OMG, always happened to me too...just at the gym...in Asian...I'm already fat and white...now I'm laughing...you cannot imagine the strange looks I got :S

But seriously.  Really going to miss the show.  AC really got me rolling on comics and can be "blamed" for getting me into so many great titles.

You guys are awesome and I hope you'll be able to create something from time to time.  You will be missed!

first podcast I listened to was your interview with John Byrne. Listened to EVERY episode since, picked up numerous books on your recommendation. Very sad to see the show go. Good luck.

By the way, please, please, please: for the final show please bring back the old music. I mean the intro and the outro!
