It's the one you least suspect. Therefore; it's Geoff Johns.

Mark Waid: Thunderbolt’s mustache goes into the Negative Zone, where it enjoys its own separate adventures that will hopefully someday be told. Our Hulk needs no mustache. Muttonchops, perhaps.

Yeah, they used to run it regularly in their "Journalista" (I think that's what it was called) column. Swipe files can be interesting, but not when there is so little connection to the image supposedly being swiped from. Hmm. I guess this must mean the new DC braintrust will be "Lost in Space".

I get that Rich was trying to be cute, but having seen about a gazillion group management photos over the years, this one rings pretty much like all the rest. Except of course the fact Didio and Johns couldn't bother to dress appropriately for the occasion.

In John's defense he does address his "work uniform" in his open letter. Didio though... I got nothin'. the Tiki

Can't you people just enjoy the "little things"? It's so cold... the Tiki Cheer up Tiki. I see the swap file being less about the similarity in the images and more about what the images represent. It's a new day. The cover was about a new day for the Justice League and the photo was about a new day in the DC hierarchy. I'm just surprised that Rich didn't take a real pot shot at the photo. Of course I could be reading way too much into this.

I don't know if anybody remembers it, but Jim Lee went on stage at the last E3 and the guy decides to do some one-hand pushups to begin his presentation. Threw me off at that time, but didn't give any thought. Just looked at the photos and everything makes sense now. Jim Gardner. Honorary Comic Artist.
