Having moderated a forum I have censored things before. We had a guest on Around Comics and some people wrote what I considered some rude comments. So I deleted them. I got called a dick and had some weak ass "Free Speech" jive thrown at me. It isn't the town square, it is a moderated forum. If those people were in my house and had said those things, I would have asked them to leave.
I have two personal rules on forums that I always follow -
1) I always post with my real name.
2) Anything I post I would feel comfortable saying in person.

It's a weird thing posting on a podcast forum. We (the listeners) feel like we know you (the podcaster/admin). We know your sense of humor and demeanor but you know little to nothing about us. Sometimes this false sense of familiarity can lead to misunderstandings and unintentional offence. Luckily, we have, IMO, the greatest community in poscasting right here.

I think you might be missing the point of the internet. Let me guess - you're wearing pants right now, too.

I did get a verbal spanking from David for calling Joe Q a douchebag. I don't think it was quite like a "verbal spanking". Don't hurt me David. Then don't say it. I have two personal rules on forums that I always follow -

Winner. Awesome words to live by.

Well, now you're just being ridiculous. Would I schedule early AM wake up calls for uncool people?

Silly. I didn't say my wife was uncool. You have a tattoo now. That is your "cool" pass.
Yeah. But it's tattoo of a comic book character. (And I also noticed your forum name change. Or addition if you want to call it that. High five!)

Mark Waid: Thunderbolt’s mustache goes into the Negative Zone, where it enjoys its own separate adventures that will hopefully someday be told. Our Hulk needs no mustache. Muttonchops, perhaps.

There's an El Dave and a citizenDave and a Backwards Dave and a Dave A. Surely we can find some way to differentiate you from the pack.
