Do we really need another Deadpool book? [my iFanboy article this week]

I haven't read that much Deadpool to know his long-standing ties with the X-Force. I think he has long standing ties with Wolverine but I'm not sure about the rest of team. I don't dislike DP, I just don't like him as much as I do other characters. Sometimes the DP crossovers are kind of shoehorned in but I admit they can be kind of funny at other times.

Remember that Deadpool was around at the very incarnation of X-Force (admittedly a precursor to this particular version) and has deep history with Neena as well as James.

Seriously though, I've really been enjoying your articles (and the articles on ifanboy in general) recently. The articles seem to be covering comics from pretty unique angle than those from the other "main" websites, which I appreciate.

The biggest problem I have with the Deadpool stuff is that it is all pretty good, but come on! How many books do we need? If you took all these books and saved them, you would have 5 years of quality storylines for Deadpool!

most deadpool isnt interconnected anyway so read what you want
i dropped teamup and corps cuz i wasnt diggin em and that was that

and why wouldnt you have deadpool on xforce, not just cuz of the history but because its a KILL squad and hes a merc...with a mouth no less
plus remender will write the crap out of it

This I agree on.  I would like to see them do DP in Punisher format.  Have a regular 616 title and a second MAX title completely set aside to do what they will
