"Tori Black as Catwoman..." Who would have thought a comment like that would be left floating out there?

With regards to the conversation on separating the entertainment from the people producing it, I think we all have our buttons and limits. The thing with Tiger Woods is not so big a deal to me, but the stuff with Michael Vick is another story. Not that I supported him before it all came out, but I don’t see how I could support him now knowing what he’s done. By continuing to support him, I’d be kinda telling him that what he did was ok…or at least not so bad.
I agree with you guys that you can’t worry about all of your idols being flawed because everyone is, but when huge news comes and you feel it’s morally wrong, I think it’s fair game to judge them on that.

I love the idea of FanboyScouts. I was checking the patches the other day at Challengers and actually got the Super Solider one for myself, Danger Room for a friend, Browncoat for my friend/bartender, and Fie Fighter for my wife. They are great quality and just downright very cool.

"Tori Black as Catwoman..." Who would have thought a comment like that would be left floating out there? I cracked up when you said that, Jason. It was even funnier by virtue of the fact that it sailed over most of your co-hosts' heads. Was surprised that Vince didn't pick up on it after his "Captain Stabbin" crack last week. Anyway, nice episode, gentlemen. I really liked what Sal brought to the conversation and I hope to hear him on future episodes. Maybe you can keep him on call for when Chris' narcolepsy kicks in, LOL.

"Is that like a Blumpkin?" Good luck with fanboyscouts.com, Sal. I know it'll do well. If it's possible to make a "Wakanda" patch, I'm down, sirs. I would pluck some money down for one of those.

Don't get me started. Just heard the part where you mentioned that the Comic-Con continues to push itself further away from comics and becoming a big media convention. Is it right to say that Comic-Con is the new "ShoWest" for media representation of comics and entertainment?

Odin is often called "Odin One-Eye" in mythology.
"Odin sacrificed his eye (which eye he sacrificed is unclear) at Mímir's spring in order to gain the Wisdom of Ages."

pro Wrestling-im from CT, so we are forced to watch wrestling. wrestling is basically live action comics. in fact wrestling borrows heavily from comics. the wwe pays license fee to marvel to use the name hulk hogan. as a kid i spent equal money on comics and wrestling figures. but i stopped watching wrestling when i was a teen.
Chloe Sullivan in Action Comics- i missed that news, thats awsome. Smallville is a treat if you just watch it and leave your baggage at the door.
Frank Miller Xerxes, im of the thinking that frank miller has not been great since last millennium. i just think that his ideas that were fresh and hip inspired a generation of creators that overtook him and he never caught up.
the end of Brand New Day, im sad to see it go. what a special run. if im an editor of a line of books that are stale. i would take a hard look the the BND model.
in the post oj media culture you should know better than to think you know a person just because you read their book or watched them on tv. and just becuase an idol has done something you see as wrong you may be projecting your preconceived notion on them. if your look to entertainment or sports for perfect people you are setting yourself up for a rude awakening of which you will only have yourself to blame.
