If we get a relaunch, I'm hoping for...

*Man-Thing

*Tomb of Dracula

I like Bob's list as a starting point.  To it I would add:

She-Hulk
Spider-Woman
New Mutants
Man-Thing
Tomb of Dracula

I could go for this.  I thought if adding Tomb of Dracula & Spider-Woman to my list.  I forgot about She-Hulk, Man-Thing would be cool if they took him out of Thunderbolts & just did him solo (I don't need to see him in 2 books a month....)

The following artists will be cloned and then they and their clones will in turn draw the parenthetical titles:

Marcos Martin (Daredevil, Dr. Strange, Web of Spider-Man, Nick Fury:Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Paulo Rivera (Wolverine, Spectacular Spider-Man, Power Man & Iron Fist)
Steve Rude (X-Men, Machine Man, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Eternals, Marvel Team-Up)
Gabriel Hardman (Incredible Hulk, The Avengers, Iron Man, Uncanny X-Men)
Richard Corben (Ghost Rider, Man-Thing, Punisher MAX, Morbius, The Ever Lovin' Hulk)
Mike Zeck (The Mighty Avengers, Punisher, Super Villain Team-up, Deathlok)
Alan Davis (Thor, Black Panther, She-Hulk, Fantastic Four)
Paul Pope (The Inhumans, Spider-Man 2099, Omega:The Unknown, Silver Surfer)
Chris Weston (Sgt. Fury & His Howling Comandos, War Machine, The Invaders)
Greg Land (Poopems:The Human Poop Scoop)

I agree that as long as they keep the max books, I would not mind a massive relaunch. And max books come out in small bursts, so I dont mind if they all go to #1, so long as they keep coming out with adult content.

For Marvel Mainstream I think consolidating some Spider-Man and X-Men properties would be smart, and I would LOVE to see some anthologies. I'm an antholgy maniac, stuff like Marvel Comics Presents or the much more recent (although not always spectacular) Nation X.

And that Alias Inc (BobBretall) idea... that would be rocking.

This is interesting, considering that Marvel does a relaunch of a title every month  Cheesy

Without getting into the details, I would probably like to see more non-super-hero books from Marvel, like Man-Thing, Dr. Strange, more Marvel Cosmic comics.

I would also like to see a solo Iron Fist book again.

It's not exactly sixty titles but it's close.  I'd keep the Ultimate Line, Crossgen and the Max line separate.  I'm still debating wether Howard the Duck should be a Max title or an all-ages title.

Avengers Group:
The Avengers
New Avengers
Avengers Academy
Captain America
Thor
Iron Man
Ms. Marvel
Protector
Thunderbolts

X-Men Group:

Young X-Men

Put a bullet in the mediocre Deadpool MAX and give us a Terror Inc. ongoing. Much more satisfying way to scratch a similar itch.

Well, I suppose the magic of hypothetical means that technically we could have both. Means we don't have room for the Squirrel Girl spin-off title though.

Some nice lists. I'd add the following to some of your lists:

If someone mentioned the Marvel western characters, I missed it. I'd include them in the relaunch, ignoring the spaghetti western reboot that Ostrander did (it was nice, but essentially did to the characters what Watchmen would have done had it remained the Charleton characters) and ignoring the Zimmerman Rawhide Kid books.

The Marvel western characters had their own vibe. Just like Sgt Fury and his Howling Commandos wouldn't work as a gritty, Saving Private Ryan book, the Marvel cowboys don't work as post-modern Leoni anti-heroes. They need to have the same over-the-top, slightly super-hero vibe they've had for the last five decades.

Night Rider. The western Ghost Rider had been renamed Night Rider, is he back to being Ghost Rider? Or is he still Night Rider? Either way, I'd give him a supernatural western book. Let Gabriel Hardman write and draw it.

Two-Gun Kid partnered with Hawkeye for a while when the archer was stuck in the 1870s...he's a natural for traditional Marvel universe stories in the old west. It would be fun to see him encounter Kang, Mr. Jip, Logan, the Celestials, Eternals & Deviants, Inhumans on walkabout, and any other fun stuff that could tie into the MU. You could fold some of the other western heroes in, from time to time, Kid Colt, Rawhide Kid, Gunhawks, Caleb Hammer, etc. Too bad that Chick Dixon is persona non grata with Axel Alonso, 'cause he'd write the heck out of this. And Steve Epting would draw it.

and a few non-western books:

Sgt Fury and His Howling Commandos. Jeff Parker has shown a nice grasp of how to integrate retro period stuff with a contemporary vibe...I'd love to see his take on the classic Gary Friedrich/Dick Ayers run. Let Butch Guice draw it.

I'd split Man-Thing from Bob's proposed Supernaturals book and give him a solo title. Since he was frequently a supporting character in Steve Gerber's book, I think Ed Brubaker could write him (see how well he can alternate lead characters in Criminal...he'd keep it interesting) and my fellow Comic Twartist, Declan Shalvey was born to draw Man-Thing—just ask him.

Devil Dinosaur, written by Mark Schultz and drawn by Tom Fowler.

First Class. A period book, set in the 1960s, it would make use of those 60s Marvel Heroes created by John Byrne and Roger Stern. Josh Fialkov could balance period politics with genre action, creating a similar atmosphere as the X-Men First Class flick. Chris Samnee would draw the heck out of it.

I like how DC has some really strong books coming up with female leads. I'd like to see Marvel do some of that, but am unfamiliar with the current state of many of these characters. I'd say 2 or 3 books (any suggestions from current Marvel readers?)

Yeah, and anything set in the Marvel Universe would be targeted at all-ages.

My take:

Fantastic Four
Spider-Man
Iron Man
Captain America
Thor
Avengers
X-Men
Ant-Man and Wasp
Hulk
Daredevil
Dr. Strange
Hercules
Wolverine
Thunderbolts
Agents of Atlas
Runaways
Defenders
Invaders
Marvel Team-Up (same format:Spidey plus another hero)
Sgt. Fury
S.H.I.E.L.D.
Punisher
Eternals
Luke Cage

At least 3 cosmic series:

Nova
Guardians of the Galaxy
Captain Marvel or Warlock

A minimum of 5 Horror/Monster series:
Man-Thing
Horror Anthology book (Chamber of Chills or something)
Other possibilities: Tomb of Dracula
Werewolf by Night
Ghost Rider
Frankenstein
It, the Living Colossus
The Living Mummy
Man-Wolf
Morbius
Simon Garth, Zombie

Martial arts:
Master of Kung Fu
Iron Fist

Western (I liked Steve's ideas for these):
Rawhide Kid
Night Rider
Two-Gun Kid

Unknown Worlds of Science Fiction anthology comic

Some ongoing comics for doing short arcs, one-shots or introducing new characters

Marvel Feature
Marvel Preview

Perhaps these wouldn't happen because it's more profitable to keep launching #1 issues?

A minimum of 10 new titles, featuring new characters

The rest would be an assortment of titles including X-variants, Avengers spin-offs, Crossgen characters, more genre material, mini-series, possibly even funnies, romance comics, war comics, pirate or other historical comics, etc. I'd further diversify the line.

I'd love to make at least 5 titles B&W magazines instead of comics!

I would like to see something goofy, like a new What The? or Damage, Inc.

I miss those books...
