I'd like to see an entire episode of Sons of Anarchy done flashback style focusing on the old guard of SAMCRO when they were first coming up. Or better yet a spin-off series.
You know we will see some flashback scenes with John. The Dad.

Television
Deadwood - I've only watched the first two episodes but so far I am very impressed.
Movies
Primer - I wanted to like it. I usually like time travel stories but this one left me feeling as if part of the movie was left on the cutting room floor or never shot.

The first four episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. This show is just my style. I wish I would have started watching it earlier.

Right now I am working on two theatre shows at the same time. I will be watching and working each day this week on about 8 hours of Tommy followed by 4 hours of The Full Monty.

Spend quite a few nights in the movie theatre last week, seeing Midnight in Paris, The Trip, and Super 8.
I liked Super 8 well enough, thought Midnight in Paris was a beautiful and fun film, and fucking loved The Trip It was heartfelt and hilarious in a dry, English way, and anyone who digs on low-key British comedy owe themselves to catch this one!

Hung season 1
Saw Thomas Jane at the Dallas Con a few weeks ago. He was the only one in the building wearing sunglasses and a shirt that said "Who are all these weirdos?"

Just ripped through 21/2 seasons of United States of Tara. This shit is good Toni Collette is and acting Goddess.
There's a comic shop episode in s02. Hellboy, Goon, Beanworld all in the background.
I also now love Diablo Cody

This Is England '86 - I'm about halfway through the 4 episode series that is a sequel/followup to the movie of the same name. So far I like the movie a whole lot more.

Deadwood ep 1.3 - this show continues to impress me even if I often have a hard time understanding the various accents
Dr Who ep 5.3: Victory of the Daleks - I'm 3 episodes in and I'm still not too crazy about Matt Smith; dunno if I will stick with it but I am going to watch the next episode

Scott Pilgrim - I was worried about watching it since I was there from the beginning. It was alright but the graphic novels are better and I wouldn't have bought into certain things in the movie without it.
Just starting my Breaking Bad marathon with episode 1 of Season 2. Only watched Season 1 before so this is all new to me and hoping to finish season 3 just in time for the new season.

I just finished up a rewatch of the first season myself. I have a hard time choosing between E.B. or Swearengen as to who my favorite character on the show was.

Requiem for a Dream. Not as harrowing as I imagined, but pretty damn harrowing nonetheless. I've seen four Aronofsky films now and this is my favorite.

Swearengen's my pick, right now, but I've got a ways to go. He's one mean sumbitch but he's more than just mean he's also calculating. EB seems very one note at first but I'm starting to see some signs that there's more to him than there seems to be at first.

A great film! I think Pi is still my favorite, but Aronofsky has yet to make a film I didn't thoroughly enjoy

My friend Vinny still brings up
to this day. It is probably his favorite film moment of all time.
