It's amazing that The Rock can come back, after all this time, and still seem like the biggest thing wrestling has ever seen.

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but the Rock tonight totally took me by surprised.  I had no idea who it was going to be.

So is he back, back?  Like full time?

Huh?,  I haven't watched any wrestling in years, but I'm suddenly intrigued...

I have seen a LOT of comments like these. Let's just see if WWE can follow up strong next week.

I was just about to give up on Raw and then, BAM, The Rock returns. I was shocked a few months back when The Rock was not elected the best WWE star for promos so it was good to see his return to form. I think my wife finally understands why I'm such a fan of his after Monday night. She's a wrestling fan but had never seen The Rock on live TV before.

No reason to feel old. She's 31 and grew up on 80s WWF. She didn't watch much wrestling in the 90s so she missed tons of awesomeness. We just started watching WWE a few months back.

I'm curious, why did you start watching?

Honestly, I have a fondness for wrestling. I grew up on Midsouth and even went to a show with my father as a kid. I grew out of it during the Hulk Hogan era. During college, I started hanging out with some other geeks who happened to be into WCW. I started watching with them and then moved on to Raw because of the Hardy Boyz and The Rock. My friends stopped watching when WCW ended and I stopped watching WWF shortly after that.

A few months back, we were watching something on a Monday night and decided to leave the TV on in the background while I was drawing and Emily asked if I minded if she put on wrestling. We've been watching since. I generally prefer Smackdown for its less talk, more beating attitude but The Corre is ruining that for me. My wife still loves Smackdown for Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston. She's also a Santino fan.

HHH bogarting The Undertaker's return was the high point of Raw last night. Needs more Rock.

I'm not really a fan of click-to-the-next-page-to-continue-the-article sites, but this one from UGO is pretty funny (and only four pages).
