Kal-El's ship is discovered by Thomas & Martha Wayne, and they raise him as their own. Young Bruce's powers first manifest on that fateful night when his parents are murdered by a mugger, when in a fit of rage & sadness he inadvertently uses his heat vision to fry the mugger's face. After that, as the years pass, he goes through all the stages the normal Bruce does, except he's even more of a "creature of the night" as he can actually fly with the bats and whatnot. When he becomes Batman, he's a little harder core about it than regular Bats or Supes -- he often kills the criminals he confronts. Meanwhile, Lex Luthor becomes the Joker and gets even more loco and kidnaps Lois Lane and then some other stuff happens that I'm forgetting. SuperBats saves the day, learns his lesson to not be so harsh, and gets the girl.
