Birds of Prey is sweet.

Green Lantern (main title) is still one of my faves.

Out of the mainstream stuff I get really excited whenever a new Grant Morrison comic comes out so that's unfortunately narrowed down to only Batman Inc. Detective Comics has also been living up to it's title. Solid detective stories. Thunder Agents is also a great overlooked DC book.

On the Marvel side I'm LOVING the current FF run, I'm always big sucker for longform storytelling outside of your typical 6 issue arcs. Uncanny X-Force is the most solid x-book on the shelves with great art and solid storytelling which appeals to both old school x-fans and new readers. Venom has also surprised me so far

On the Indy side, Butcher Baker may only be up to 3 issues but they've all oozed creativity. And Nick Spencer's Morning Glories is scratching that itch that's been bugging me since Lost wrapped up. His Infinite Vacation has also been a great first two issues

These are the books that are keeping me loving comics at the moment. The rest of the books on my pull list have been pretty average to mediocre so far. if it weren't for Morrison, Remender, Spencer, Hickman and Snyder I'd probably have stopped reading comics (in issues at least)

I thought this latest Atomic Robo mini was really fun, and possibly the best.

Current comics that excite me as of right now:

Amazing Spider-Man (The FCBD issue was awesome)
Detective Comics (I want Snyder to write Batman or anything for that matter)
The Rocketeer Adventures (tribute to Dave Stevens, buy it everyone!)
Green Lantern (Some people have stopped liking it, but it's still good in my opinion)

One comic that is coming up that has me excited:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in August!!

Osborn : Evil Incarcerated comes out in trade today - GET THIS. Rios and Deconick are a dream team, just finished the single issues and I'll gladly be double dipping.

Completely agree. One of the best and totally under read minis of the past year.
