It's a great lesson in leading the eye. The fact that he has two Daredevils in the same panel AND two inset panels, and yet you totally get which order to read things in... a master. Paolo Rivera?

yeah i'm pretty sure. his cover was excellent too. the one with DD swinging through the city made up of sound effects. there's not one damn thing i can nit pick about. you can freakin' see the perspective grid in blueline. SICK!

Aw... He's not that great, he got the star on Cap's chest wrong, he did it backwards.
Kidding. That is beautiful!

That is truly jawdropping. I hope it gets inked well!
he even pulled off the perspective on the curving side of the water tower correctly. The foreshortening on those figures is excellent.
Thanks for sharing this. Is it definitely by Paolo Rivera?

i didn't bother reading the article where the pic came from (i'm lazy that way)... BUT here's his covers so you can compare.
get ready to catch your jaw bones:
IMHO, i prefer paolo's pencils and inks to his painted stuff (and his painting's are GREAT BTW). there's just something about his inks... no frills, just pure skill and technique.

BADASS!!!!!!
Probably the coolest thing I've seen on this thread ever.
I've been waiting for a Cap/DD rematch ever since "Streets of Ice"

Impressive! I particularly like the one with Daredevil and Captain America.

I like the simplicity of his inked work. it's all about the drawing. Great stuff...

The sound effects to make the images of the city is an awesome idea too. Every one of those pieces are excellent.
